Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Veggie Flatbread

Say hello to pizza's replacement. Delicious and healthy, this savory teriyaki flatbread is piled high with fresh veggies and baked to perfection.

  • 1 pouch Seeds of Change™ Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce
  • Suggested mix of vegetables:
    o1 Baby bok choy, sliced
    o 1⁄2 cup Napa cabbage, sliced
    o 1 Baby cucumbers, sliced
    o 1⁄4 cup edamame, fresh or frozen and thawed
    o 8 mint leaves, torn
    o 2 cilantro sprigs, leaves removed o 1 jalapeno, sliced
    o 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1-pound ball of fresh pizza dough or prebaked fresh or frozen pizza shell


  1. Preheat your oven to 450° F. If using fresh dough flatten and form into a 12-14 inch circle.
  2. Spread half of the pouch of Seeds of Change™ Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Simmer Sauce evenly over the dough and bake on pizza stone or sheet pan for 10 minutes. Remove from oven to cool for a few minutes.
  3. Top cooked flatbread with your desired vegetables and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Drizzle with remaining sauce if desired.
