  • 1 package (8.5-ounce) SEEDS OF CHANGE® Seven Whole Grains
  • 1 cup refrigerated vanilla-flavored almond milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chopped apple
  • 1 tablespoon raisins


  1. In 2-quart saucepan, heat almond milk and SEEDS OF CHANGE® Seven Whole Grains over medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot and grains are softened.
  2. Chop several apples into slices. Divide apple and raisins among bowls.
  3. Divide warmed porridge among 3 bowls.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup.
